Deichman Leaves Ralph

New York —Barbara Deichman will leave Ralph Lauren Home where she has been president since May 2004.
Deichman, who has spent 39 years in the home furnishings business, plans to retire from the industry. She began her career at the former Gimbels New York, moved to Bloomingdale's and later joined Habitat, in England. Before joining Ralph Lauren Home, she was svp of Calvin Klein Home.
Company officials were not available to discuss plans for her successor.
