Blue Ridge Completes Major Infrastructure Buildout

Irwindale, Calif. —
Blue Ridge Home Fashions recently completed a major expansion of its corporate office, manufacturing and distribution center here, in the final phase of a project that expands the previous 125,000-square-foot facility to 200,000 square feet.
The new DC has 34 shipping and receiving docks, while the office space has been expanded to 20,000 sq. ft. with a product showroom and more space for accounts payable, receivable, quality assurance, shipping & receiving, and customer service.
Blue Ridge also added its own in-house photo studio to manage visuals on its packaging.
The project began four years ago with the construction of the manufacturing and distribution center, which was given state-of-the-art filling equipment and technology to enhance fill power.
